What is your weight loss challenge this week? How are you going to overcome it? Mine is way too much eating out this week which is looked down upon the first few weeks of the Jenny Craig program. Tonight is my husband's grandmother's 80th birthday at Maggiano's. There is never any healthy Italian food that I am aware of at restaurants. Too risky with all the salt, oil, butter, pasta, and cheese! I had my fun last night now it's time to get back on the horse. This is only the beginning of all the eating out for me. Monday I have lunch downtown where we've started a holiday tradition of going to see the trains, eat at a restaurant that overlooks fountain square, and then go ice skating. Tuesday I am meeting my Dad for lunch downtown; this has also become a holiday father/daughter tradition. Thursday I am meeting a friend for lunch. Friday is Christmas Eve and we have my in-laws for dinner. Saturday is Christmas and we go to my family's for dinner (however, with my own family I'm not embarrassed so I'm bringing my Jenny Craig meal that night!). Can you believe all the eating out?! Don't get me wrong, I love all the traditions and socializing, but whoa I've got to come up with a plan. So I've decided to just eat salad at all of these events and eat my Jenny Craig meals when I come home. Hopefully I can survive through all of this holiday festivity!

Salad (DINED OUT) spinach, gouda, red onion, carrots with 2 tbsp. light Balsamic that i brought from home

JC Triple Chocolate Cheesecake
